Job Description:
Zoo Media seeks a dynamic and driven Regional Vice President of New Business Development to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead new business growth within your designated region through the formulation and execution of strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
– Identify and cultivate new business prospects within your assigned region.
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to surpass revenue targets.
– Foster and nurture robust relationships with clients and partners.
– Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends and opportunities.
– Collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft targeted campaigns and compelling collateral.
– Liaise with other departments, including account management and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
– Deliver regular reports and analyses on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
– Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving new business growth.
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Strong analytical and strategic acumen.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, both independently and collaboratively.
– Familiarity with the digital marketing and advertising landscape is advantageous.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $167,500.00 per year
This is a performance-based role (commission only), supplemented with overrides, 401K, medical savings plan, and Incentive Stock Options.
