As the Chief Operations Officer Sales Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-level leadership to our sales teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the attainment of all sales objectives and goals. Operating from your home office, you’ll collaborate closely with the President and key stakeholders to shape our strategic approach within the sports vertical.

– Define Sports Media’s strategic approach within the sports vertical, identifying and prioritizing business opportunities to drive growth and success.
– Lead the sales team with vision and direction, recognizing opportunities for innovation and new approaches to enhance effectiveness.
– Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery, ensuring exceptional experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
– Develop metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
– Craft persuasive sales presentations utilizing market trends and case studies to drive impactful media solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
– Analyze campaign performance statistics to optimize media solutions, ensuring maximum effectiveness and ROI.
– Manage data effectively to drive consumption of Sports Media’s products within the sports industry.
– Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team, leading by example to inspire peak performance.
– Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service, fostering strong relationships and delivering results.
**Requirements:**
– Previous experience in team/league sponsorship sales within the sports industry.
– Telemarketing, social media, and data mining experience are essential for success in this role.
– Comprehensive understanding of sports leagues, teams, and facility operations.
– Exceptional work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and drive to succeed.
