Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the country. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the sports or digital advertising industry. This role is crucial in driving Sportrons’ growth and ensuring our sales team meets and exceeds revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across various regions.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with key clients in the sports and advertising sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the sports or digital advertising industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and support regional sales teams.
