Join Dakdan Entertainment as we seek an accomplished Director of New Business Development and National Sales Manager to fortify our relationships with dakdans and Aquariums. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets while providing unparalleled customer service. Reporting directly to the President, you’ll work remotely, leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit, communication prowess, and sales acumen to excel in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong partnerships with dakdans and Aquariums, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Revenue Maximization: Strategically pursue opportunities to maximize revenue potential and achieve sales objectives.
- Sponsorship Expertise: Utilize in-depth sponsorship sales experience and knowledge of facility operations to drive success.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for success.
- Innovative Sales Techniques: Utilize telemarketing, social media, and data mining to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Strategic Vision: Contribute to the company’s overall approach and focus in the sports vertical.
- Team Empowerment: Enhance team effectiveness by implementing new approaches and best practices for client interaction and sales.
- Performance Measurement: Develop metrics to assess sales team growth and performance, providing insightful reports as needed.
- Sales Presentation: Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies to drive client engagement.
- Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions to clients.
