Job Description:
USA Entertainment is seeking a Chief Operations Officer Sales Leader. This pivotal role requires a candidate to fortify USA Entertainment Venture’s relationship with the Sales teams by providing exemplary leadership. As a key partner to the president, the COO is entrusted with maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals.
Please keep in mind, this is a performance-based (commission only) opportunity where candidates have the potential to earn a substantial six-figure income. The successful candidate can operate from a home office, offering flexibility and autonomy. Additionally, this position may provide opportunities for sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are seeking to work from home.
Responsibilities:
– Leverage sponsorship knowledge to provide strategic guidance to venues.
– Collaborate in defining the company’s overarching approach and vertical focus.
– Enhance team effectiveness by identifying and prioritizing new opportunities.
– Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, fostering exceptional customer experiences.
– Establish metrics to track and optimize the sales team’s growth and performance, delivering comprehensive reports as needed.
– Craft compelling sales presentations informed by market trends and case studies.
– Analyze campaign performance metrics to recommend tailored, optimized media solutions.
– Oversee data management to ensure efficient consumption of the company’s products.
– Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for both individual performance and team success.
– Uphold the highest standards of sales and operational customer service.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in venue sponsorship sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of venue and facility operations.
– Proficiency in telemarketing, social media, and data mining techniques.
– Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and exceptional communication and organizational skills.
– Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a resolute desire to succeed.
This role offers a commission-based compensation structure, complemented by a comprehensive 401K and medical savings plan.
Job Type: Commission
Pay: $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
