Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Design and execute business strategies to propel growth and achieve company objectives.
• Performance Goals: Set ambitious yet achievable targets for sales performance and overall business growth.
• Cultural Leadership: Establish and uphold company policies that reflect our core values and drive a positive work environment.
• Operational Oversight: Direct daily operations across departments, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and more.
• Team Empowerment: Lead, motivate, and mentor our talented team to deliver outstanding results and foster a culture of excellence.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics to evaluate company performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Effective Communication: Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the CEO on key business matters.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with stakeholders to explore growth opportunities, including investments, acquisitions, and alliances.

Skills:

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles within the veterinary or related industry.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of various business functions such as Sales, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
• Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business development and growth.
• Fundraising Expertise: Experience in fundraising activities is highly desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Technology Proficiency: Working knowledge of IT/business infrastructure and MS Office suite.
• Effective Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Decision-Making: Aptitude in making strategic decisions and solving complex problems.
• Qualifications: Veterinarian license, MBA, BSc/BA in Business Administration, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
