Job Description: VP Director of New Business Development – Government Contracting
Ride Fear Free is seeking an experienced VP Director of New Business Development for Government Contracting. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to strengthen Ride Fear Free’s relationship with State and Federal Government entities by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Directors are responsible for maximizing revenue potential and achieving all sales objectives. They will collaborate closely with the Ride Fear Free team and report directly to the President.
This is a performance-based, commission-only job with Stock Incentive Options, offering the potential to earn a mid to high six-figure income. Remote work from a home office is possible, supported by company-provided email, telephone, CRM, marketing materials, and training. This position is also open to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and can work remotely.
Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure, along with a 401K and medical savings plan.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $167,500.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Utilize extensive Government contracting knowledge to navigate and facilitate business opportunities
- Provide expertise in sponsorship to guide venue engagements
- Define the company’s strategy and focus within the Government vertical
- Identify and prioritize business prospects effectively
- Innovate contracting practices through new approaches and best practices
- Develop and execute strategies for Government interaction, sales, and service, with proficiency in the bidding process
- Establish metrics to assess sales team growth and performance, providing insightful reports
- Craft compelling sales presentations leveraging market trends and case studies
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend optimal media solutions
- Manage data related to Government consumption of company products and services
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team
- Ensure top-tier sales and operational customer service for all clients
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Government contracting
- Comprehensive understanding of Government bid processes and search software operations
- Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
