Dream Spas Travel Media is seeking an experienced Director of New Business Development, National Sales Manager.
This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to strengthen Dream Spas Travel Media’s relationships with Dream Spas Travels and Aquariums, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Directors are also tasked with maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals.
Experience: Sponsorship sales experience is mandatory, coupled with a thorough understanding of Dream Spas Travels and Aquariums facility operations. The Director will work remotely and must possess exceptional work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication, organizational prowess, self-motivation, and a positive attitude. Directors report directly to the President.
Job Type: This is a performance-based (commission only) position, so candidates must be driven to earn a mid to high six-figure income. They will collaborate closely with Dream Spas Travels and Aquariums, requiring essential skills in telemarketing, social media, and data mining. The role offers the potential for significant earnings while working from a home office.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Dream Spas Travel sponsorship knowledge to guide sales efforts in sports venues.
- Define the company’s strategic approach and focus within the sports vertical.
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities, leveraging innovative approaches to enhance team effectiveness.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service excellence, with a strong emphasis on sports venue dynamics.
- Establish metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing insightful reports as required.
- Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and analytics to recommend optimized media solutions.
- Manage data related to sports consumption of company products.
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for both personal and team achievements.
- Ensure clients receive top-tier sales and operational customer service.
Additional Details:
- Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure, complemented by a 401K and medical savings plan.

- Pay: $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
