OOH Sports is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer Sales Leader. This position requires the successful candidate to strengthen OOH Sports’ relationship with the Sales teams by providing a high level of leadership. The COO is responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- Venue sponsorship sales experience
- Complete understanding of OOH Sports venue and facility operations
- Great work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed
- Telemarketing, social media, and data mining experience
The OOH Sports COO will be working from home and must report directly to the President. This is a performance-based (commission only) job, so only apply if you have what it takes to earn a mid to high six-figure income. You will work with OOH Sports leagues and venues. The successful candidate has the potential to earn six figures working from your home office.
This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are available to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize OOH Sports sponsorship knowledge to guide OOH Sports venues
- Help define the company’s overall approach and focus in the OOH Sports vertical
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Increase team effectiveness by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, including a good understanding of working with OOH Sports venues
- Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team and provide reports as needed
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
- Manage data on OOH Sports’ consumption of company products
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team
- Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Compensation:
- Performance-based (commission only) position
- 401K and medical savings plan
- Job Type: Full-time, Commission
- Pay: $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
