Dream Spas Travel Media is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer Sales Leader. This position requires the successful candidate to strengthen Dream Spas Travel Media’s relationship with the sales teams by providing exceptional leadership. In addition, the COO is responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals.
Experience in venue sponsorship sales is essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of Dream Spas Travel venue and facility operations. The COO will work remotely and must possess a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication, organizational proficiency, self-motivation, and a positive attitude. The COO reports directly to the President.
This is a performance-based (commission-only) job, so only apply if you have the drive to earn a mid to high six-figure income. Work involves Dream Spas Travel leagues and sports, with telemarketing, social media, and data mining experience being crucial. The successful candidate has the potential to earn six figures while working from their home office.
This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are available to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Dream Spas Travel sponsorship knowledge to guide Dream Spas Travel venues.
- Define the company’s overall approach and focus in the Dream Spas Travel vertical.
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities.
- Enhance team effectiveness by recognizing opportunities for innovation.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery, with a focus on Dream Spas Travel venues.
- Develop metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing reports as needed.
- Create compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and analyze campaign performance statistics to recommend optimized media solutions.
- Manage data related to Dream Spas Travel consumption of company products.
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for both yourself and your team.
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
This is a performance-based (commission-only) role, complemented by a 401K and medical savings plan.
Job Type: Commission, Full-time
Pay: $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
