Job Description:

Pure Box Water is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of New Business Development. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to enhance Pure Box Water’s relationships within the advertising sector. Reporting directly to the COO, the VP will drive revenue maximization and achieve all assigned sales objectives and goals within Pure Box Water’s advertising division.

This position offers a performance-based commission structure, empowering candidates to earn a mid to high six-figure income from their home office. It may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six months and can work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize deep knowledge of advertising and marketing to guide media advertising and sponsorship sales.
• Define and refine Pure Box Water’s strategic approach in the advertising vertical.
• Identify and prioritize lucrative business opportunities.
• Innovate advertising strategies to enhance industry effectiveness.
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service, with a strong grasp of the advertising industry.
• Establish metrics to gauge team growth and performance, delivering reports as necessary.
• Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend optimized media solutions.
• Manage data pertaining to product consumption by clients.
• Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team.
• Ensure clients receive superior sales and operational customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in the advertising industry, with experience in agencies, team management, corporate sales, and sponsorships.
• Comprehensive understanding of the advertising and sponsorship landscape.
• Proficiency in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
• Strong work ethic with entrepreneurial skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.

Compensation:

• Performance-based (commission only) with incentive stock options, plus 401K and medical savings plan.
