Vice President of Sales and Marketing
**Requirements:**
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of advertising sales experience to be considered for this role.
Directors will operate remotely, necessitating exceptional work ethic and a relentless drive for success. Reporting directly to the President, this is a performance-based, commission-only position, ideal for individuals capable of earning a mid to high six-figure income. Collaborating closely with successful candidates have the potential to achieve significant financial rewards while working from the comfort of their home office.
Additionally, this position may be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and have the availability to work remotely.
**Responsibilities:**
– Utilize sponsorship expertise to guide partnerships with venues.
– Assist in defining the Company’s overarching strategy and focus in the vertical.
– Identify and prioritize lucrative business opportunities.
– Enhance team effectiveness by identifying opportunities for innovation.
– Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service, with a strong emphasis on working with venues.
– Establish metrics to gauge sales team growth and performance, providing comprehensive reports as needed.
– Develop compelling sales presentations leveraging market trends and case studies.
– Analyze campaign performance metrics, recommending optimized media solutions.
– Manage data related to consumption of company products.
– Exceed sales, pricing, and yield targets for both yourself and your team.
– Ensure clients receive exceptional sales and operational customer service.
**Requirements:**
– Essential experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
– Proven track record in team/league sponsorship sales.
– Comprehensive understanding of team and facility operations.
– Outstanding work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong communication and organizational skills.
– Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
