OOH Sports is seeking an experienced Director of New Business Development, National Sales Manager. This position requires the successful candidate to strengthen OOH Sports’ relationships with sports venues and aquariums by providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction. In addition, the Director is responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- Sponsorship sales experience
- Complete understanding of sports venues and aquariums facility operations
- Great work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed
- Telemarketing, social media, and data mining experience
The OOH Sports Director will be working from home and must report directly to the President. This is a performance-based (commission only) job, so only apply if you have what it takes to earn a mid to high six-figure income. The successful candidate has the potential to earn six figures working from your home office.
This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are available to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize OOH Sports sponsorship knowledge to guide sports venues
- Help define the company’s overall approach and focus in the sports vertical
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Increase team effectiveness by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, including a good understanding of working with sports venues
- Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team and provide reports as needed
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
- Manage data on sports’ consumption of company products
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team
- Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Compensation:
- Performance-based (commission only) position
- 401K and medical savings plan
- Pay: $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
