Job Description
Pure Box Water is seeking an experienced Account Executive for New Business Development. This position requires a candidate capable of strengthening Pure Box Water’s relationships with brand managers and advertisers. Account Executives are responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals within the entertainment and advertising fields. They report directly to the CMO.
This is a performance-based (commission only) position. Only apply if you have the drive to earn a mid to high six-figure income. The successful candidate has the potential to earn six figures working from their home office. This position is also available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are available to work from home.
In addition to commission, the position offers overrides, a 401K, medical savings plan, and Incentive Stock Options.
Pay: $95,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Utilize advertising and marketing knowledge to guide brand managers with media, advertising, and sponsorship sales
- Define the company’s overall approach and focus within the advertising vertical
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Increase the effectiveness of the advertising industry by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, including a deep understanding of the advertising industry
- Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team and provide reports as needed
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
- Manage data on the consumption of company products
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Requirements
- Experience in the advertising industry with agencies, corporate sales, and sponsorship
- Comprehensive understanding of the advertising and sponsorship industry
- Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining
- Strong work ethic
- Entrepreneurial skills
