Job Description: Buy Sports Media is seeking an experienced Account Executive for New Business Development to strengthen relationships with brand managers and advertisers. This role requires expertise in the advertising and sponsorship industry, with a focus on maximizing revenue and achieving sales objectives. The Account Executive will work from home, demonstrating a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication, organizational prowess, self-motivation, and a positive attitude towards success. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this commission-based position offers the potential to earn a mid to high 6-figure income. Ideal for candidates with experience in entertainment and advertising, with proficiency in telemarketing, social media, and data mining. Leads provided.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advertising and marketing expertise to advise brand managers on media, advertising, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Define and execute strategic approaches to enhance Buy Sports Media’s presence in the advertising vertical.
- Identify and prioritize lucrative business opportunities within the advertising industry.
- Innovate and implement best practices for client interaction, sales strategies, and service delivery, tailored to the unique needs of the advertising sector.
- Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor team growth, performance, and revenue attainment.
- Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and analytics to propose optimized media solutions.
- Manage data effectively to enhance consumption strategies and campaign performance for company products.
- Exceed personal and team sales targets, pricing objectives, and yield goals.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional sales and operational service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in the advertising industry with experience in corporate sales, agencies, and sponsorships.
- Strong understanding of advertising and sponsorship dynamics.
- Experience in telemarketing, social media marketing, and data mining.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving and exceeding goals.
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based, remote work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
