Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive the visual and artistic direction of 360 Sports TV. The Creative Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s identity, overseeing all creative projects, and ensuring that our content captivates and engages our audience. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in design, multimedia production, and creative strategy within the sports media industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the creative vision and strategy for 360 Sports TV.
- Oversee the creation of all visual content, including graphics, videos, animations, and promotional materials.
- Lead and inspire the creative team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, branding, and production, to ensure cohesive and consistent brand representation.
- Manage the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our content fresh and innovative.
- Conduct regular reviews and critiques of creative work to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external creative partners, agencies, and freelancers.
- Ensure all creative materials align with the overall brand strategy and objectives.
- Represent 360 Sports TV at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in the media or sports industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and accomplishments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design software and multimedia production tools.
- Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into compelling visual content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports media landscape.
