**Job Description:**
Join ChampionMVP as an experienced VP Director of New Business Development specializing in Government Contracting. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our relationships with State and Federal Government entities, delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Reporting directly to the President, you will lead initiatives to maximize revenue potential and achieve sales objectives within the Government sector.
This position offers a performance-based commission structure with Stock Incentive Options, complemented by comprehensive support including email, telephone, CRM access, marketing materials, and training. Successful candidates have the potential to earn a competitive mid to high six-figure income while enjoying the flexibility of working from a home office. We also welcome applications from sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six months and are prepared to excel in a remote work environment.
**Pay:** $85,000.00 – $167,500.00 per year
**Responsibilities:**
– **Government Expertise:** Utilize deep knowledge of Government contracting to navigate and excel within this specialized field.
– **Strategic Guidance:** Define and execute ChampionMVP’s approach and focus within the Government vertical, identifying and prioritizing lucrative business opportunities.
– **Innovation:** Drive innovation within Government contracting by identifying and implementing new approaches to enhance effectiveness.
– **Client Relations:** Develop and implement best practices for Government interaction, sales strategies, and service delivery, including proficiency in the bidding process.
– **Performance Metrics:** Establish metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing comprehensive reports as needed.
– **Sales Presentations:** Create compelling sales presentations leveraging market trends and case studies to effectively communicate value propositions.
– **Optimization:** Analyze campaign performance statistics to recommend and implement optimized solutions tailored to Government needs.
– **Data Management:** Manage Government consumption data of company products and services to inform strategic decisions and maximize sales potential.
– **Exceeding Goals:** Consistently exceed personal and team sales, pricing, and yield goals to drive revenue growth.
– **Client Satisfaction:** Ensure exceptional levels of sales and operational customer service to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
**Requirements:**
– **Experience:** Proven track record in Government contracting, with a comprehensive understanding of the bid process and operations of search software.
– **Skills:** Proficiency in telemarketing, social media strategies, and data mining, complemented by strong entrepreneurial, communication, and organizational skills.
– **Work Ethic:** Demonstrated strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a positive attitude, coupled with a relentless desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
