Job Description:
Fanz Entertainment is seeking an experienced Account Executive for New Business Development. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to cultivate strong relationships with brand managers and advertisers. Account Executives are entrusted with maximizing revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals within the entertainment and advertising sectors. The VP’s will directly report to the CMO.
This is a performance-based (commission-only) position, tailored for individuals who possess the drive to earn a mid to high 6-figure income. The potential to earn six figures from a home office is within reach for the right candidate. This position may also be suitable for sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are capable of working from home.
Compensation includes performance-based commissions with overrides, plus benefits such as a 401K and medical savings plan, along with Incentive Stock Options.
Pay: $95,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Apply advertising and marketing expertise to advise brand managers on media, advertising, and sponsorship sales strategies
- Define and refine the company’s overall approach and focus within the advertising vertical
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities
- Innovate within the advertising industry by identifying and implementing new approaches
- Develop and execute best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery, leveraging deep industry knowledge
- Establish metrics to assess and enhance the growth and performance of the sales team, providing regular reports
- Craft compelling sales presentations incorporating market trends and case studies
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to recommend optimized media solutions
- Manage data related to the consumption of the company’s products
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for oneself and the sales team
- Ensure exceptional levels of sales and operational customer service for all clients
Requirements:
- Proven track record in the advertising industry with experience in agencies, corporate sales, and sponsorships
- Thorough understanding of the advertising and sponsorship landscape
- Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
