Job Description:
Dakdan Entertainment is seeking an experienced Director of Brand Entertainment. This role entails fortifying the relationship between Dakdan Entertainment, advertisers, and VPs by maximizing revenue potential and achieving assigned sales objectives and goals. The Director of Brand Entertainment will operate within the Dakdan Entertainment advertising field and reports directly to the CEO and COO.
This is a performance-based (commission-only) job, so only apply if you’re capable of earning a mid to high six-figure income. The successful candidate can potentially earn six figures while working from a home office. This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and can work remotely.
This is a performance-based role (commission-only) with incentive stock options, plus a 401K and medical savings plan.
Pay: $125,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
a) Utilize advertising and marketing knowledge to guide media advertising and sponsorship sales.
b) Assist in defining the company’s overall approach and focus in the advertising vertical.
c) Identify and prioritize business opportunities.
d) Enhance the advertising industry’s effectiveness by recognizing opportunities for new approaches.
e) Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services for the company, including a thorough understanding of working in the advertising industry.
f) Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team and provide reports as needed.
g) Craft persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
h) Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
i) Manage data consumption of the company’s products.
j) Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team.
k) Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
Requirements:
1) Advertising industry experience with Dakdan Entertainment, agencies, Fortune 500 companies, corporate sales, and sponsorship.
2) Comprehensive understanding of the advertising and sponsorship industry.
3) Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
4) Strong work ethic.
5) Entrepreneurial skills.
6) Excellent communication and organizational skills.
7) Self-motivation with a positive attitude.
8) Desire to succeed.
