Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Vice President (VP) to oversee and drive the strategic growth of 360 Sports TV within a designated region. The Regional VP will be responsible for managing regional operations, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales and revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in regional management within the media or sports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional team to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence within the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and advertisers.
• Oversee regional operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align regional strategies with overall company goals.
• Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, providing regular reports to the executive team.
• Represent 360 Sports TV at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities within the region.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Regional VP or similar role in the media or sports industry.
• Strong understanding of regional management principles, sales strategies, and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
