As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our team and help us build and maintain strong client relationships.
Position Overview:
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the media landscape, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Create and present compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of client campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform client strategies.
- Manage account budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, agreements, and project details.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services within the media industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing successful client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of media products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
