Position: Regional Vice President of Sales
Type: Commission-based, Remote
Sports Medical Group is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Sales to strengthen relationships with established medical professionals, companies, hospitals, and universities. The VP will provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction while maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals within the medical industry and advertising fields. Reporting directly to the COO, this role plays a pivotal part in driving strategic growth initiatives.
Compensation: This is a performance-based, commission-only position with overrides, stock options, a 401K plan, and a medical savings plan. Successful candidates have the potential to earn a mid to high six-figure income working remotely from a home office.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advertising and marketing expertise to guide medical sales.
- Define the company’s overall approach and focus within the medical advertising vertical.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities.
- Innovate within the medical supply industry by exploring new approaches.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, with a deep understanding of the medical industry.
- Establish metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing comprehensive reports as needed.
- Create compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Analyze campaign performance statistics to recommend optimized media solutions.
- Manage data related to the consumption of Sports Medical Group’s products within the medical field.
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for personal and team success.
- Ensure clients receive top-tier sales and operational customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in medical sales.
- Comprehensive understanding of the medical supply chain and hospital sales operations.
- Proficiency in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
- Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, and dedication to success.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
