Job Description:
Ride Fear Free is seeking an experienced Regional VP of New Business Development. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to strengthen Ride Fear Free’s relationships with advertisers. The VP will be instrumental in maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals within the Ride Fear Free advertising sector. VP’s report directly to the COO.
This is a performance-based (commission-only) job, so only apply if you have the drive to earn a mid to high six-figure income. The successful candidate can potentially earn six figures while working from a home office. This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and can work remotely.
This is a performance-based role with commission, incentive stock options, plus a 401K and medical savings plan.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advertising and marketing expertise to guide media advertising and sponsorship sales
- Define the company’s overall approach and focus in the advertising vertical
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities effectively
- Enhance the advertising industry’s effectiveness by identifying and implementing new approaches
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, including a deep understanding of the advertising industry
- Establish metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing reports as required
- Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to recommend optimized media solutions
- Manage data related to the consumption of company products
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for both personal and team performance
- Ensure clients receive exceptional levels of sales and operational customer service
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the advertising industry with agencies, teams, corporate sales, and sponsorships
- Comprehensive understanding of advertising and sponsorship practices
- Proficiency in telemarketing, social media, and data mining
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
