Job Description: Director of New Business Development, National Sales Manager
Fanz Entertainment is seeking an experienced Director of New Business Development, National Sales Manager. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to strengthen Fanz Entertainment’s relationships with companies by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Directors are also responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals within Fanz Entertainment. They will report directly to the President.
This is a performance-based (commission only) position, offering the potential to earn a mid to high 6-figure income from a home office. This opportunity is also available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and can work remotely.
Compensation: $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Utilize sponsorship knowledge to guide venue partnerships
- Define the company’s strategic focus within the vertical market
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities
- Innovate and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery, with a strong focus on venue operations
- Develop metrics to assess team growth and performance, providing comprehensive reports as needed
- Craft compelling sales presentations using industry trends and case studies
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize media solutions
- Manage data related to product consumption effectively
- Exceed personal and team sales, pricing, and yield targets
- Ensure the highest standards of sales and operational customer service for our clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sponsorship sales
- Comprehensive understanding of facility operations
- Proficiency in telemarketing, social media, and data mining
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
