**Position Overview:**
As the Director of Sponsorship Development for Military Baseball, you will lead efforts to cultivate and enhance Sports Media’s partnership with the United States Military. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales goals. Operating from the comfort of your home office, you’ll collaborate closely with the President and key stakeholders to shape our strategic approach within the sports vertical.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Utilize your sports sponsorship knowledge to guide and support Military baseball venues, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships and maximizing value.
– Collaborate with key stakeholders to define Sports Media’s strategic approach within the sports vertical, identifying and prioritizing lucrative business opportunities.
– Innovate and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery, ensuring exceptional experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
– Develop robust metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
– Craft persuasive sales presentations utilizing market trends, case studies, and campaign performance statistics to recommend optimized media solutions.
– Manage data effectively to drive consumption of Sports Media’s products within Military baseball leagues and sports.
– Exceed sales targets and pricing objectives, leading by example to inspire peak performance from yourself and your team.
– Champion operational excellence, ensuring clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service experience.
**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree.
– Military experience and knowledge of Veterans affairs.
– Government contracting experience.
– Proven track record in team/league sponsorship sales within the sports industry.
– Comprehensive understanding of team and league sports.
– Exceptional work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and drive to succeed.
– Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
– Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
