Job Description: Director of New Business Development for Brand Entertainment
Ride Fear Free is seeking an experienced Director of New Business Development for Brand Entertainment. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to enhance Ride Fear Free’s presence in film and television by delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Branded entertainment marketing encompasses advertising sales, sponsorships, and product placements for television shows. You will be responsible for marketing our company’s shows to leading global brands, advertisers, sponsors, and product placement firms. Ride Fear Free currently has multiple shows ready for production and distribution. Directors report directly to the President and collaborate closely with top advertisers and premier ad agencies. Bring your contacts and seize substantial earning opportunities.
This is a performance-based (commission only) position, so only apply if you have the potential to earn a mid to high six-figure income. This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are able to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Help define the company’s overall approach and focus in the Entertainment vertical.
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other vertical teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives, including developing work plans, synthesizing market data, leading analyses, and defining the business approach for success in the Entertainment vertical.
- Enhance team effectiveness by identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery, with a strong understanding of working dynamics with advertisers and agencies.
- Prospect and secure branded advertising from large organizations.
- Develop metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing reports as needed.
- Create compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team.
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience in television and brand entertainment sales.
- Comprehensive understanding of advertising and TV show production.
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Desire to succeed in a dynamic and competitive industry.
