Job Description: Director of New Business Development for Brand Entertainment
Ride Fear Free is seeking an experienced Director of New Business Development for Brand Entertainment. This position requires the successful candidate to strengthen the Ride Fear Free relationship in film and television by providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Branded entertainment marketing includes the sale of advertising, sponsorship, and product placement for television shows. Ride Fear Free currently has multiple shows ready for production and distribution. In addition, Directors are responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and attainment of all assigned sales objectives and goals. Work with top advertisers and the world’s top ad agencies. Bring your contact book and earn big. Directors report directly to the President.
This is a performance-based (commission-only) job, so don’t apply unless you have what it takes to earn a mid to high 6-figure income. This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and have the availability to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Help define the company’s overall approach and focus in the Entertainment vertical.
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities.
- Partner with other vertical teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives: developing work plans, synthesizing market-related data, leading analysis, and defining the overall business approach to Ride Fear Free’s success in the Entertainment Vertical.
- Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services for the company, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and agencies.
- Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain branded advertising.
- Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team and provide reports as needed.
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team.
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
Requirements:
- Television & branded entertainment sales experience.
- Complete understanding of advertising and TV show producing.
- Great work ethic.
- Entrepreneurial skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Desire to succeed.
