Job Description:
Fanz Entertainment is seeking an experienced Creative Director of New Business Development. Our firm seeks a Creative Director capable of conceiving and executing visual marketing programs spanning from print media to digital presentations to attract new business. The Creative Director will lead in developing compelling collateral that tells engaging stories and evokes emotional responses from audiences. This role requires pitching new clients and a deep understanding of media opportunities within Fanz Entertainment. Directors report directly to the President, overseeing revenue maximization and achieving sales objectives.
This is a performance-based (commission-only with Stock Incentives) role, suited for candidates aiming to earn a mid to high 6-figure income by driving new client acquisitions for Pure Box Water. This opportunity may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for over six (6) months and can work remotely.
This role offers a performance-based compensation structure (commission-only) with overrides, Stock Incentives, 401K, and medical savings plan.
Pay: $102,000.00 – $375,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Guide sponsorship strategies for venues
- Define company strategies within the vertical
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Innovate team effectiveness through novel approaches
- Establish best practices for client interactions, sales, and service delivery, particularly in venue settings
- Develop metrics for team growth and performance, providing necessary reports
- Craft compelling sales presentations leveraging market trends and case studies
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize media solutions
- Manage data for product consumption insights
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield targets for self and team
- Ensure highest levels of client sales and operational service
- Design comprehensive marketing plans tailored to client needs
- Allocate appropriate resources for project success
- Support sales presentations, showcasing creative marketing strategies
- Collaborate with design team to ensure effective presentation of creative ideas
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years in marketing leadership roles
- Proven track record in team management
- Portfolio demonstrating ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite desirable
- Deep understanding of marketing design processes
- Ability to acquire and close new clients
- Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Self-motivated with a positive outlook and desire to achieve
