We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join our executive team and lead our technology and information strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s information technology strategy to support overall business objectives.
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
- Lead the IT department in delivering efficient and effective technology solutions.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to align IT initiatives with company goals.
- Ensure the protection of the company’s data and technology assets through robust cybersecurity measures.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance audience engagement and operational efficiency.
- Manage technology projects, including software development, system integrations, and upgrades.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the media and broadcasting industry.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and investments.
- Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CIO or in a senior IT leadership role within the sports broadcasting or media industry.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective IT strategies.
- Experience in managing IT budgets and optimizing technology investments.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in media and broadcasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
