Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s information technology strategy to support overall business objectives.
• Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
• Lead the IT department in delivering efficient and effective technology solutions.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to align IT initiatives with company goals.
• Ensure the protection of the company’s data and technology assets through robust cybersecurity measures.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance audience engagement and operational efficiency.
• Manage technology projects, including software development, system integrations, and upgrades.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the media and broadcasting industry.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and investments.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CIO or in a senior IT leadership role within the sports broadcasting or media industry.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective IT strategies.
• Experience in managing IT budgets and optimizing technology investments.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in media and broadcasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
