Job Description:
Pure Box Water is seeking an experienced Creative Director of New Business Development. We are looking for a visionary Creative Director who can conceive and execute visual marketing programs across various mediums, from print to digital, to attract new business. The Creative Director will be responsible for crafting compelling collateral that tells a compelling story and evokes emotional responses from our audience. Working closely with design, graphic arts, and marketing teams, the successful candidate will deliver content that exceeds expectations and drives new business growth. This role involves pitching to potential clients and requires a thorough understanding of media opportunities within Pure Box Water’s domain. Reporting directly to the President, the Creative Director is also responsible for maximizing revenue and achieving sales objectives.
This is a performance-based, commission-only role with stock incentives, targeting individuals capable of earning a mid to high six-figure income by bringing new clients to Pure Box Water. It may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six months and can work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize sponsorship knowledge to guide venue-specific marketing initiatives.
- Define and refine Pure Box Water’s strategic approach and focus within the industry.
- Identify and prioritize lucrative business opportunities.
- Innovate team strategies to enhance effectiveness and explore new approaches.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service, with expertise in venue-specific marketing.
- Establish metrics to measure team growth and performance, providing regular reports.
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to recommend optimized media solutions.
- Manage data related to product consumption by clients.
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for both personal and team achievements.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional sales and operational support.
- Design and execute marketing plans tailored to client specifications.
- Ensure projects are properly resourced for success, both financially and personnel-wise.
- Participate in sales presentations to articulate the creative vision of marketing programs.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop firm-wide marketing materials to enhance brand exposure.
- Work closely with design teams to ensure creative ideas are effectively realized.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing required (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in marketing.
- Demonstrated success in managing marketing teams.
- Portfolio showcasing the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling pieces.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of the marketing design process.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and close deals.
- Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
Compensation:
- Performance-based (commission only) with overrides, stock incentives, 401K, and medical savings plan.
- Salary range: $102,000.00 – $375,000.00 per year.
