Overview: Join our dynamic Accounting and Research Program through this internship, designed to develop your critical thinking and practical skills for a successful career in accounting. You will gain hands-on experience in research project management, accounting disciplines, and various software tools, including Word/Google Docs, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Presentations. Learn about media accounting, budgeting, inventory management, reporting, forecasting, and marketing data. Collaborate with multiple departments to forecast budgets and sales for events, digital media, AAAA Sports Entertainment, and fundraisers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Set and achieve goals in a goal-oriented environment.
• Facilitate communication between management and staff.
• Assist in managing accounting software.
• Support management, research, communication, and coordination of installations.
• Assist during events and receptions.
• Maintain and update the company’s website, blog, and social media presence.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of assets, liabilities, and advertising accounting.
• Ability to prepare accounting reports on effective advertising and income statements.
• Understanding of the basics of the general journal and ledger.
• Familiarity with revenue, expenses, and trial balance.
• Experience with purchase orders, inventory control, and event budgeting.
