Job Description:
As an Account Executive at Dakdan, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding our client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This position requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand client objectives and develop strategies to achieve them
- Present, promote, and sell services to existing and prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Track and report on sales performance metrics
- Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
