Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional marketing solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sports marketing and a proven track record in sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitching our services to potential clients and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, production, and operations, to deliver seamless campaigns that achieve client goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the sports marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of sports marketing, media, and sponsorships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
