Job Description:

Join our team working on reality TV shows where you’ll immerse yourself in scene corrections, visual narrative, marketing, advertising, TV graphics, and more in a real-world, fast-paced environment. Check with your career center for potential class credits and start learning on the job. Proficiency in Adobe Master Collection and Microsoft software is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Perform studio arts, film, and visual editing tasks.
• Collaborate closely with directors and production teams to ensure effective communication.
• Review raw footage to develop shot lists and trimming content for logical sequences.
• Manipulate film and video footage to create cohesive projects.
• Edit content by assembling stills, footage, sound effects, dialogues, and animation effects.
• Produce final cuts suitable for broadcasting.

Requirements:

• Preferred majors in Studio Arts, Film, Visual Editing, Business/Accounting, Art History, or Communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and coordinate effectively.
• Passion for video editing and storytelling.
• Attention to detail while maintaining an understanding of the overall project flow.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
