Job Description:
ArmSports TV Entertainment is seeking an experienced Account Executive for New Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening relationships with brand managers and advertisers, maximizing revenue potential, and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals within the entertainment and advertising field. Account Executives report directly to the CMO.
Compensation:
Performance-based (commission only) job.
Potential to earn a mid to high 6-figure income working from home.
This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and can work from home.
Performance-based with overrides, plus 401K, medical savings plan, and incentive stock options.
Pay: $95,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year.
Responsibilities:
Utilize advertising and marketing knowledge to guide brand managers with media, advertising, and sponsorship sales.
Define the company’s overall approach and focus in the advertising vertical.
Identify and prioritize business opportunities.
Enhance the effectiveness of the advertising industry by recognizing opportunities for new approaches.
Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, with a strong understanding of the advertising industry.
Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team, and provide necessary reports.
Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
Manage data consumption of the company’s products.
Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team.
Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in the advertising industry with agencies, corporate sales, and sponsorship.
Comprehensive understanding of the advertising and sponsorship industry.
Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Strong desire to succeed.
