Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our sales team. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales, and contributing to the growth and success of 360 Sports TV. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales within the media or sports industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and finance, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Represent 360 Sports TV at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in the media or sports industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports media landscape.
