Dakdan Worldwide is seeking an experienced Regional VP of New Business Development to strengthen the company’s relationship with advertisers. The VP is responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals within the Dakdan Worldwide advertising field. This role reports directly to the COO.

This is a performance-based (commission only) position, so please apply only if you have what it takes to earn a mid to high six-figure income. The successful candidate has the potential to earn this working from their home office. This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are available to work from home.

Compensation:

• Performance-based (commission only) with incentive stock options, plus 401K and medical savings plan

Pay Range:

• $85,000.00 – $167,500.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Utilize advertising and marketing knowledge to guide media advertising and sponsorship sales
• Define the company’s overall approach and focus in the advertising vertical
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities
• Increase the effectiveness of the advertising industry by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
• Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team and provide reports as needed
• Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
• Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
• Manage data on the consumption of company products
• Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

Requirements:

• Experience in the advertising industry with agencies, teams, corporate sales, and sponsorships
• Complete understanding of the advertising and sponsorship industry
• Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining
• Great work ethic and entrepreneurial skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
