Job Description:
ChampionMVP is seeking an accomplished regional VP of New Business Development to bolster our relationships with advertisers and maximize revenue potential within the advertising sector. Reporting directly to the COO, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our strategic approach while exceeding sales objectives.
This position offers a performance-based commission structure with Incentive Stock Options, alongside comprehensive benefits including a 401K plan and medical savings options. Successful candidates can achieve a competitive mid to high six-figure income, enjoying the flexibility of working from a home office. We also welcome applications from sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six months and are prepared to excel in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Leverage advertising and marketing expertise to drive media advertising and sponsorship sales.
- Market Insight: Define and refine ChampionMVP’s approach in the advertising vertical, identifying key business opportunities.
- Innovation: Innovate within the advertising industry, identifying new approaches to enhance effectiveness and client ROI.
- Client Engagement: Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales strategies, and service delivery, ensuring industry-leading standards.
- Performance Metrics: Establish metrics to measure sales team growth and effectiveness, providing regular reports and insights.
- Sales Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations using current market trends and case studies to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Campaign Analysis: Analyze campaign performance statistics to optimize media solutions and drive client success.
- Data Management: Manage consumption data of company products to inform strategic decisions and maximize client satisfaction.
- Exceeding Goals: Consistently surpass personal and team sales, pricing, and yield targets to drive revenue growth.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of operational and sales customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the advertising industry, including agencies, corporate sales, and sponsorship.
- Knowledge Base: Thorough understanding of advertising and sponsorship dynamics, complemented by experience in telemarketing, social media strategies, and data mining.
