Join the dynamic team at USA Entertainment Ventures as a Regional VP of New Business Development! This pivotal role requires you to fortify our relationships with advertisers while leading efforts to maximize revenue potential and achieve sales objectives. Operating within the exciting landscape of USA Entertainment Ventures’ advertising field, you’ll report directly to the COO.
This is a performance-based (commission-only) position, offering the opportunity to earn a lucrative mid to high 6-figure income. **Responsibilities:**
– Utilize your advertising and marketing expertise to steer media advertising and sponsorship sales.
– Collaborate in shaping the company’s overarching strategy and focus within the advertising vertical.
– Identify and prioritize lucrative business opportunities to drive growth.
– Innovate and implement new approaches to enhance the effectiveness of the advertising industry.
– Establish and execute best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery, leveraging your profound understanding of the advertising landscape.
– Develop and track metrics to gauge the performance and growth of the sales team, furnishing insightful reports as necessary.
– Craft compelling sales presentations infused with market insights and case studies.
– Analyze campaign performance metrics and propose optimized media solutions.
– Oversee the meticulous management of consumption data pertaining to the company’s products.
– Set ambitious sales, pricing, and yield targets, both for yourself and your team, and surpass them consistently.
– Ensure unparalleled levels of sales and operational customer service delivery to our esteemed clients.
**Requirements:**
– Proven track record in the advertising industry, including experience with agencies, teams, corporate sales, and sponsorships.
– Comprehensive understanding of the advertising and sponsorship landscape, with an innate ability to navigate its intricacies.
– Proficiency in telemarketing, social media, and data mining techniques.
– Strong work ethic coupled with entrepreneurial acumen.
– Exceptional communication and organizational skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
– Self-motivated with an optimistic outlook and a drive to succeed.
