Job Description:
Dream Spas Travel Media is seeking an experienced Regional VP of New Business Development. This position requires the successful candidate to strengthen Dream Spas Travel Media’s relationship with advertisers, with VP’s responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals.
Job Type: Commission Only
Compensation: This is a performance-based job (commission only) with overrides, plus 401K, medical savings plan, and Incentive Stock Options. Pay: $85,000.00 – $167,500.00 per year
Experience:
- Advertising industry experience with agencies, Dream Spas Travel teams, corporate sales, and sponsorship.
- Complete understanding of the advertising and sponsorship industry.
- Must possess a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication, organizational skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Work from home position reporting directly to the COO.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advertising and marketing knowledge to guide media advertising and sponsorship sales.
- Help define the company’s overall approach and focus in the advertising vertical.
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Innovate within the advertising industry, recognizing and implementing new approaches.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service, leveraging deep industry insights.
- Establish metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing regular reports.
- Craft persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and campaign performance data.
- Analyze campaign statistics to optimize media solutions for maximum client impact.
- Manage data related to Dream Spas Travel’s product consumption.
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for both personal performance and team success.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional sales and operational customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in advertising and sponsorship sales, ideally within an agency or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in telemarketing, social media platforms, and data mining techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a commission-only environment, demonstrating potential for mid to high 6-figure income.
- Previous experience working remotely and managing sales from a home office.
- Availability for candidates with over six (6) months of unemployment seeking remote work opportunities.
