Job Description:
The Regional Sales Manager at Dakdan will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals within the assigned region. You will be a key contributor to Dakdan’s success, ensuring that our products and services reach a broader audience while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand Dakdan’s customer base within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
