Job Summary:
As the Regional Sales Manager at Chase Daddy, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance within your designated region. You will lead a team of sales representatives, develop strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key clients to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. This role requires a motivated leader with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions and support sales efforts.
- Manage the regional sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in consumer products or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
