Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market reach within your designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to the management team.
• Represent USA Entertainment Ventures at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience, with a strong background in media or entertainment.
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as required.
