Job Description:
As a Regional Sales Manager at ArmSports, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share within your assigned region. You will lead a team of sales representatives, develop strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key customers and distributors. This role is critical to our mission of becoming the top brand in sports equipment and apparel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotional activities.
- Travel within the region to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and represent ArmSports at industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the sports equipment or apparel industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
