Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team at Sportrons. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence within your designated region. You will work closely with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth within the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Travel within the region as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the sports marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
