Job Description:

Join our Paralegal Internship at ArmSports TV Entertainment, where you’ll engage in a range of tasks crucial to legal operations. This role involves maintaining organized files, conducting comprehensive legal research, and drafting various documents. You’ll play a pivotal role in preparing legal arguments, opening and closing statements, and court pleadings for our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting documents including sale, vendor, and sponsorship agreements
• Identifying potential government contracts and preparing necessary documentation
• Assisting in the preparation of licensing applications
• Reviewing vendor relationship contracts
• Managing filings for trademarks and copyrights
• Supporting trademark enforcement efforts
• Analyzing and organizing research and information
• Preparing written reports and legal documents
• Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles
• Organizing and presenting information effectively
• Undertaking other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Current undergraduate majoring in business, economics, accounting, political science, or related fields
• Proficiency in Google Docs (Word, Excel) and Slack (training provided)
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work proactively
• Capacity to operate with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented with precise input and proofreading skills
