Job Description: Buy Sports Media is seeking an experienced Director of New Business Development, National Sales Manager, to strengthen our relationships with sports and aquariums, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. This role requires expertise in sponsorship sales and a deep understanding of sports and aquarium facility operations. The National Sales Manager will work remotely from home, embodying strong work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication, organizational prowess, self-motivation, and a passion for success. Reporting directly to the President, this commission-based position offers the potential to earn a mid to high 6-figure income. Ideal for candidates with experience in sports and aquariums, telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize sports sponsorship knowledge to guide partnerships with sports venues.
- Define and execute the company’s strategic approach in the sports and aquarium verticals.
- Identify and prioritize lucrative business opportunities.
- Innovate team strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service, tailored to the sports and aquarium industries.
- Establish metrics to measure team growth and performance, providing regular reports.
- Create compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and campaign performance analytics to recommend optimized media solutions.
- Manage data related to sports and aquarium products effectively to enhance consumption strategies.
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for personal and team performance.
- Ensure clients receive exemplary sales and operational service.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sponsorship sales and sports/aquarium facility operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team success.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sports and aquarium industries.
- Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving goals.
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based, remote work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
