Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Government Contractor to join our team. This role involves managing and overseeing government contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategies to secure new government business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government contracting within the media or technology sector and a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of government contracts, including negotiation, execution, and compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies to secure new government contracts and business opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure contract compliance and successful project execution.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for government contracts.
• Maintain detailed records of all government contracts and related documentation.
• Monitor changes in government regulations and adjust strategies and processes accordingly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies and contracting officers.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on government contract performance and opportunities.
• Represent 360 Sports TV at industry events, conferences, and meetings with government agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in government contracting, preferably within the media or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local government regulations and contracting procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex contractual terms and develop effective compliance strategies.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the sports media industry is a plus.
