As the Director of New Business Development, National Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening Fanz Entertainment’s partnerships and driving revenue growth. Reporting directly to the President, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our strategic approach and lead our sales team to new heights of success.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Utilize your sponsorship knowledge to guide venues and foster mutually beneficial partnerships, driving revenue growth and enhancing client relationships.
– Define Fanz Entertainment’s strategic approach within the entertainment vertical, identifying and prioritizing business opportunities to drive growth and success.
– Identify and prioritize business opportunities, recognizing opportunities for new approaches to increase the effectiveness of our sales team.
– Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, ensuring exceptional experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
– Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies to drive impactful solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
– Analyze campaign performance statistics to optimize media solutions, ensuring maximum effectiveness and ROI.
– Manage data effectively to drive consumption of Fanz Entertainment’s products and services within the entertainment industry.
– Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
**Requirements:**
– Previous experience in sponsorship sales within the entertainment industry.
– Complete understanding of facility operations, including venue management and logistics.
– Proven experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining to drive success in sales.
– Exceptional work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, and a desire to succeed in a dynamic environment.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills, essential for building strong relationships and driving results.
– Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed expectations.
