Money Smarts is seeking a National Sales Manager to strengthen relationships with Aquariums and maximize revenue potential. This position offers commission-based compensation with incentives like 401K and medical savings plans.

Salary: $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Sponsorship sales experience required
• Strong understanding of Aquariums and facility operations
• Ability to work independently with strong entrepreneurial skills

Responsibilities:

• Guide sponsorship sales for Aquariums
• Define company’s approach in the sports vertical
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities
• Develop metrics for team growth and performance
• Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends
